Personal Year Calculator
The personal year (personal year number) shows which of the nine "tones" popular tradition assigns to the chosen year of your life. It is calculated from the birth day and month and the calculation year — with the sum reduced to a number 1–9.

How the calculator works
The birth day, birth month, and chosen calculation year are added together: for example, for the date 15.05.1976 and the year 2026 — 15+5+2026 = 2046. Then the sum is reduced by adding digits: 2+0+4+6 = 12, 1+2 = 3. The personal year is 3. If the intermediate sum gives a master number 11, 22, or 33, it is not reduced and is shown as-is — this is a popular practice of the project (the same principle as the life path number).
The calculation year can be chosen: by default, the current year is used. For the entire chosen year, one calculation year is used — without splitting "from birthday to birthday," which is found in some schools. Personal year interpretations are a popular tradition of Western numerology and are not scientifically established facts.
