Destiny Number (Expression Number)

Definition: in Russian-language popular numerology, "destiny number" is often used as a synonym for the life path number — that is, it is calculated from the full date of birth. In Western tradition (destiny/expression number), it is instead the root number of the full name: Latin alphabet letters are assigned values from 1 to 9, the values are summed and reduced. The ambiguity of the term is fundamental: in the card and articles, it is always necessary to clarify which calculation is intended.
